BBR Holdings (S) Ltd celebrated two decades of operations on 6th September 2013 at the Marina Bay Sands Grand Ballroom in Singapore.
It started off as BBR Construction Systems Pte Ltd in 1993, specialising in all post-tensioning applications including the construction of long span bridges, such as stay cable structures, balanced cantilever, segmental construction using launching girders, segment lifters, etc. BBR Construction Systems expanded rapidly through the years to neighbouring countries including Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Today, BBR Construction Systems is one of the many wholly owned subsidiaries of BBR Holdings (S), which comprises Singapore Piling, BBR Development, BBR Piling, BBR Malaysia, BBR Philippines and Siam BBR. As a result, BBR Holdings (S) has grown beyond its original specialist engineering roots to offer civil and building works, as well as being a boutique developer in this region.
BBR Holdings (S) celebration dinner was attended by some 800 people including staff and their spouses, Board of Directors, guests from Switzerland, Malaysia and the Philippines including its local clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
