Launched in 1944 by our founders Max Birkenmaier, Antonio Brandestini and Mirko Robin Roš, BBR introduced post-tensioning (PT) technology to a post-war world that was desperately short of construction materials. Today, the same PT technology provides substantial carbon savings across the built world that are necessary to reduce emissions and achieve net zero.
